WEEK 1: Preparing Your Body For Fasting

Modified Fasting is a safe, effective and proven fasting method designed to mimic the fasted state in the human body while still allowing you to eat food.
It nourishes your body with healthy whole foods while mimicking the fasted state. This allows for the regenerative processes of fasting to take place, but without the excessive hunger, blood sugar crashes and energy dips of a traditional fast.
